Is your online order form secure?
Yes, our online order system is 100% secure. We select Emetrix and Regnow---the two well-known E-Commerce payment processing servicers to secure your purchase online with credit card over their Internet with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Your credit card information is sent directly to the credit card processor in a very secure manner. Nobody else can see it.

You will receive an email confirming your order immediately after the purchase completes. The confirming email will include your serial code and registration code to get started!

How to convert the demo version of your software to full version?
The demo versions of our software have time or function limitations (except the freeware). You can convert the demo version into full version when the purchase of the software completes:
Step 1: Download and install the latest version of the software you purchase from our website so as to be sure the registration code can work for you.
Step 2: Copy and paste the license codes to the registration dialog of the software to complete the registration.

What can I do if I lost my product?
If you do not get your license code or if you've lost it, please e-mail us at support@ejoystudio.com. Please include the program name, program version, order ID (serial number), your purchase email address. We will always be happy to help you.

I have purchased the software, but why my license code is not valid?
It is mainly because the software you download is from other websites and that it is not the latest version. You can just take the following steps to solve the problem:
Step 1: Download the latest version of the software directly from our website.
Step 2: Copy and paste the license codes to the registration dialog of the software to complete the registration.
