Can FastCap Mini record game at video resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher?
Yes! FastCap Mini supports capture game at full screen video resolution. You can set your game resolution at 1024 x 768 or higher. The video output resolution will be the same as your game resolution.
We recommend to record at full screen and uncompressed format to receive high video quality and game speed.
Note:
1) It is improper to record game at the video resolution higher than your settings in game. For example, when you set game resolution at 800 x 600, your video resolution should be 800 x 600 (full screen) or lower. You would not increase the video quality by enlarging the frames.

What are the default settings of FastCap Mini?
Hot Keys: Start/Pause: F8; Stop: F9
Save Path of FastCap Mini: Install path
Video Format: AVI.
Video Frame Rate: 30 FPS
Video Resolution (the size of your movie): full screen, which is the resolution you set for your game.
Audio Device: Stereo, 16 bit, 22kH
